1.Fixed an issue where relay transactions could not be performed.
2.Light-UI project adds access to asset details.

1.Completed the development of the rust version of the private key to public key function to solve the dependency problem.
2.The web wallet determines 3 stages: 1. the yee coin transfer process 2. the token transfer process 3. the web wallet front-end interaction.
